Prospect was formed in 1997 out of Long Beach, Ca featuring Jaxx Sessions on vocals, Wes Harding on bass, Armondo Gomez on guitars & Johnny Gunz on drums. In 1999 the Prospect recorded a 4 song selt-titled EP and disbanded later that year.

In early 1997, Jaxx Sessions & Armondo Gomez posted a print ad at the local rehearsal studio looking for new bandmates. Wes Harding & Johnny Gunz joined the band. Prospect played local gigs around Orange County and recored a 4 song EP in 1999.
